INSTRUCTIONS
Week 5
This week, Mr Kannan gave us project 1, we need to utilize our character design to create a stylized character blockout where we have to demonstrate anatomy studies applied in your digital scuplting. Characters can be human, any form of biped creatures or hybrid, or quadrapeds. As my character is from a fantasy world and I took reference from the game: Zelda, Breath of the Wild. So I decided to make a elf sculpure.
Week 6
This week Mr Kannan shows us how to use different brushes in Zbrush, he also let us have a look about the anatomy book he gave us.
Week 7
This week Mr Kannan shows us each steps to create a character, he also let us try to make hair and clothes.
Week 8
This week, I finished my A pose character sculpture, This is my work below:
Week 9
I further developed my A pose, I looked at the anatomy book and try to fix the arms. This is my work below:
FEEDBACK
Week 8 Mr Kannan said I need to remake the arms because arms are too long and looks weird. I should look at the anatomy book and make changes.
Week 9 Work on Proportion. Shape to be adjusted. Volume. Please find reference to refer to.
REFLECTION
This is my first time using Zbrush to make my own character. I was fun, Mr Kannan taught us a lot about how to use different brushes and make different effects. He also taught us different functions in Zbrush, such as Zremesher, Dynamash and so on.
